consultation

Rescheduling is available free of charge with 24 hours notice
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for our shopping assistance services if:
- The service was not delivered as described in your package

Our consultant failed to meet the scheduled consultation without
notice
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery

You experienced significant service quality issues documented
during the consultation
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consultations where recommendations were provided
- Services where research and reports have been delivered

Dissatisfaction with products purchased based on our
recommendations (as final purchasing decisions are made by you)
- Change of mind after consultation has been completed
Refund Process

- Contact us within 7 days of your consultation

Provide your booking reference and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
